Day One: 4 Hours
Introduction to Social Media and Creating Compelling Content

 

This session is for those who are new to Social Media, blogging and posting content on the Web. You will learn the basics of Facebook, Twitter and Linked In as we walk you through everything from status updates and friendship/network requests to posting images, links and articles.   At the end of the day, you will have a complete profile, set up a business page, and an overview of the tools available on these sites.  We will also discuss blogs and the importance of blogging for business. 


Day 2: 8 Hours
A full day of Internet Marketing


By introducing you to the basic components of Internet marketing, we will build your online marketing campaign with Social Media, simple search engine optimization techniques, local listings and analytics. You will also learn how to play nice with others on the Internet to build and maintain your online reputation and referrals.

 

Throughout the day, you will be updating your own business profiles, creating videos, posting images and optimizing your content to complete a well-rounded online presence.
